TNRCC definition

TNRCC means the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
TNRCC means the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission, or any predecessor, successor or other substituted agency, department or commission of the State which has regulatory authority over solid waste disposal permitting and enforcement.
