Examples of Tier 3 Covered Employee in a sentence
Each Tier 3 Covered Employee will be entitled to receive a lump sum cash payment equal to 100% of his or her Base Salary and target incentive bonus for the year during which such termination occurs.
If the Covered Employee is a Tier 3 Covered Employee, he or she shall be entitled to receive a lump sum cash payment equal to six (6) months of Base Pay and six (6) months of the Covered Employee’s Target Bonus.
