Third Party Train definition

Third Party Train means a train other than a train operated by the Train Operator under this contract;
Third Party Train means any railway passenger service or Commercial Freight Service (including any Ancillary Movement associated with such railway services), other than:

Examples of Third Party Train in a sentence

  • Identifying delaying incidents The parties shall co-operate with each other by providing all such information to one another as is reasonably practicable regarding the identification of the incidents which cause delay to or cancellation of any Combined Network Service or Third Party Train.

  • Attributing delays Network Rail shall, using the information recorded under paragraph 2.1, identify whether each minute of delay included in Minutes Delay in respect of a Combined Network Service or Third Party Train is: Attributable to the Train Operator; Attributable to Network Rail; or Attributable to both the Train Operator and Network Rail.

  • Any Full Cancellation of a Third Party Train (other than an Empty Third Party Train) which is Attributable to the Train Operator shall equate to 30 Minutes Delay and any Part Cancellation of a Third Party Train (other than an Empty Third Party Train) which is Attributable to the Train Operator shall equate to 15 Minutes Delay.

Related to Third Party Train

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Third Party Terms means, if any, the end user license agreement(s) or similar terms for the Third Party Software, as applicable and attached as Exhibit D.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Nonaffiliated third party means any person except:

  • Researcher means a person appointed by us to carry out research into theoperation of this Contract;

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.

  • DMA means Designated Market Area as defined by A.C. Nielsen Company based upon viewing patterns and used by the Investing in Television BIA Market Report 2014 (1st edition). DMAs are ranked according to the number of households therein and are used by broadcasters, advertisers, and advertising agencies to aid in evaluating television audience size and composition.

  • Third-party payer means an entity that is, by

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
