Trust Certificate definition

Trust Certificate means a certificate evidencing the beneficial interest of a Person in the trust established by the Trust Agreement and substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to such Trust Agreement.
Trust Certificate has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Any duplicate Trust Certificate issued pursuant to this Section shall constitute conclusive evidence of ownership in the Trust, as if originally issued, whether or not the lost, stolen or destroyed Trust Certificate shall be found at any time.

  • PLEASE INSERT SOCIAL SECURITY OR OTHER IDENTIFYING NUMBER OF ASSIGNEE the within Trust Certificate, and all rights thereunder, any hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints , attorney, to transfer said Trust Certificate on the books of the Certificate Registrar, with full power of substitution in the premises.


More Definitions of Trust Certificate

Trust Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Trust Agreement, evidencing the right to receive payments thereon as set forth in Sections 2.8(m) and 2.9(f) of the Administration Agreement.
