Temporary Traffic Control Plan definition

Temporary Traffic Control Plan means a plan for the safe management and passage of motor vehicles, bicyclists , pedestrians, etc., as well as workers, equipment and materials. Temporary traffic control plans shall be submitted, reviewed and approved by the City Engineer prior to use of the public right-of-way or public easement whether a right-of-way occupancy permit is required or not. Temporary traffic control plans shall comply with the current revision/version of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Montana Department of Transportation (MDT), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Missoula Public Works Standards and Specifications.
