Temporary Work Agency definition

Temporary Work Agency means as defined in Regulation 4 of the AWR being a person engaged in the economic activity, public or private, whether or not operating for profit, and whether or not carrying on such activity in conjunction with others, of:
Temporary Work Agency means as defined in the Schedule to these Terms;
Temporary Work Agency means as defined in the Schedule to this Agreement;

Examples of Temporary Work Agency in a sentence

  • Reasonable mileage incurred by Agency Workers in provision of the Services will be reimbursed to the Temporary Work Agency in accordance with the Hirer’s current policy (at the Commencement Date, such rate is 45p per mile) subject to the provision of receipts countersigned by the Recruiting Officer.

  • Where a replacement is required the Temporary Work Agency must use all reasonable endeavours to find suitable replacement Agency Worker conforming to any requirements made by the Hirer.

  • The Hirer may at any time request that the Temporary Work Agency finds a replacement Agency Worker for an Assignment.

  • Where a Disclosure reveals a conviction or other relevant information the Temporary Work Agency shall notify the Hirer as part of the proposal process.

  • Where the Assignment involves a Regulated Activity: - The Temporary Work Agency warrants that at all times for the purposes of the Purchasing Terms it has no reason to believe that any relevant Agency Workers are barred from the provision of the services required by the Assignment under the SVGA.


More Definitions of Temporary Work Agency

Temporary Work Agency means as defined in Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

Temporary Work Agency means as defined in Regulation 4 of the AWR. For the purpose of this definition, a “hirer” means as defined in Regulation 2 of the AWR.
Temporary Work Agency means a temporary work agency as defined by Regulation 4 of the AWR.
