Public Easement definition

Public Easement means any easement or right-of-way owned or controlled by a public agency or by a public utility.
Public Easement means any easement under the jurisdiction and control of the City and acquired, established, dedicated or devoted for public purposes, including utility purposes.
Public Easement means an easement the enjoyment of which is intended to be used by the public in general.

Public Easement means the right of the general public to use certain streets, roads, highways, paths, airspace or defined area.
