For the avoidance of doubt, time spent by the Temporary Contractor working during an assignment before 1 October 2011 does not count for the purposes of the definition of "Qualifying Period".

If the Client reasonably considers that the services of the Temporary Contractor are unsatisfactory, the Client may terminate the Assignment either by instructing the Temporary Contractor to leave the Assignment immediately, or by directing the Employment Business to remove the Temporary Contractor.
