Temporary cessation of work definition

Temporary cessation of work in this section means that although the work of the business or part of the business of the employer has ceased or diminished, the employer-employee relationship is, in the opinion of the Tribunal, still in existence, and it is the intention of the parties to resume normal working within 3 months from the cessation of operations.
