TCI Group definition

TCI Group means TCI and its Subsidiaries, collectively, or the applicable of TCI or a Subsidiary of TCI, as the context may require. If the Company ceases to be a Subsidiary of TCI, the Company and its Subsidiaries shall, notwithstanding the last sentence of the definition of Subsidiary above, be deemed for purposes of this definition only to continue to be Subsidiaries of TCI and, accordingly, members of the TCI Group.

TCI Group means, as of any date:

TCI Group shall have the meaning specified in the TCI Charter.

• The Conditions apply exclusively to every contract for the sale of Goods or provision of services by TCI GROUP to the Customer and cannot be varied or supplanted by any other condition without the prior written consent of TCI GROUP or in accordance with these Conditions.

More Definitions of TCI Group

TCI Group means TCI GROUP Pty Limited and its successors and assigns.

TCI Group. As defined in the Company Charter (assuming that the Restructuring had occurred as contemplated by Section 2.1).

TCI Group means the Company's assets that are tracked by the Tele-Communications, Inc. Series A TCI Group Common Stock and the Tele-Communications, Inc. Series B TCI Group Common Stock.

TCI Group the collective reference to TCI and its Subsidiaries or, --------- if Liberty Media Corporation ceases to be a Subsidiary of TCI, the collective reference to Liberty Media Corporation and its Subsidiaries.
