Tax Treatment Schedule definition

Tax Treatment Schedule means the schedule setting forth the intended tax treatment of certain of the Separation Transactions, attached as Schedule 1.7 to the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by us from time to time to confirm your tax status [or the tax status of a Connected Person].
