Unit Price Arrangement definition

Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;
Unit Price Arrangement means a contractual arrangement that prescribes the product of a Contract Unit Price multiplied by a number of units of measurement of a class as payment for performance of the work to which it relates.
Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract where it is stipulated that the result of the multiplication of a price by a certain number of units of measurement of a given class will be paid out as payment for the performance of the work covered by that arrangement.
