Examples of Tax or Taxes in a sentence
As used in this Agreement, "Tax" or "Taxes" means any tax, governmental fee or other like assessment or charge of any kind whatsoever (including, but not limited to, excise tax and withholding on amounts paid to or by any person), together with any interest, penalty, addition to tax or additional amount imposed by any governmental authority (domestic or foreign) responsible for the imposition of any such tax.
The term "Tax Returns" shall include all federal, state, local and foreign returns, declarations, statements, reports, schedules, and information returns required to be filed with any taxing authority in connection with any Tax or Taxes.
Tax" or "Taxes" shall mean all fed- eral, state, local and foreign taxes, duties, levies, charges and assessments of any nature, including social security pay- ments and deductibles relating to wages, salaries and benefits and payments to subcontractors (to the extent required under applicable Tax law), and also including all interest, penalties and additions imposed with respect to such amounts.
GST as applicable and any other Tax or Taxes as may be applicable from time to time shall also be payable by the Allottee.
Without in any way limiting the obligations of the Contractor, in the event any such Tax or Taxes are paid or required to be paid by the Owner for any reason whatsoever, the Contractor shall promptly reimburse to the Owner the amount paid by the Owner.
