Target Stock Plan definition

Target Stock Plan means the TransnetYX Holding Corp. 2010 Incentive Plan.
Target Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(c).
Target Stock Plan means the Quallaby Corporation 1998 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended to the date of this Agreement.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.
