UK Subplan definition

UK Subplan means the 2002 UK Approved Stock Option Appendix, as amended from time to time.

  • All references in the Program to Stock Appreciation Rights and Incentive Stock Options shall not apply for the purposes of options granted under this UK Subplan.

Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s). Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan during the Severance Period.

  • SIP means Session Initiation Protocol.

  • Share Compensation Arrangement means any stock option, stock option plan, employee stock purchase plan or any other compensation or incentive mechanism involving the issuance or potential issuance of Shares, including a share purchase from treasury which is financially assisted by the Corporation by way of a loan, guarantee or otherwise;

  • Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.

  • Canadian Benefit Plan means any plan, fund, program or policy, whether oral or written, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, insured or uninsured, providing employee benefits, including medical, hospital care, dental, sickness, accident, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement or savings benefits, under which any Loan Party has any liability with respect to any of its employees or former employees employed in Canada, and includes any Canadian Pension Plan.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Company's securities may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company.

  • Company Stock Option means each option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • EIP means the Company’s 2006 Equity and Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor plan.

  • Deferred Compensation Award means an award of Stock Units granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.
