TAH Design Guidelines definition

TAH Design Guidelines means the Design Guidelines adopted pursuant to the TAH Master Declaration, as may be amended from time to time, that apply to the Property that is subject to the TAH Master Declaration.

  • Any CAB District may elect to terminate the CAB’s Covenant Enforcement Services within its borders with or without cause; provided, however, that in such event the terminating CAB District shall be required to administer and enforce the TAH Master Declaration, the TAH Design Guidelines, and the TAH Covenant Enforcement Rules and Regulations within its own boundaries.

  • To promote efficient administration and enforcement of the TAH Master Declaration, the TAH Design Guidelines, the TAH Covenants, and the TAH Covenant Enforcement Rules and Regulations, AACMD, District No. 1, District No. 2, District No. 3, ATEC No. 1 and ATEC No. 2 wish to expressly authorize the CAB to exercise their powers with respect to covenant enforcement and design review services (the “ TAH Covenant Enforcement Services” as defined below).

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).
