System of Assurance definition

System of Assurance means the System of Assurance of Net Metering Eligibility, Appendix B to D.P.U. 11-11 (May 7, 2012), together with any subsequent amendments thereto.

System of Assurance means the Massachusetts System of Assurance of Net Metering Eligibility, as established by the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c. 164, § 139(g).The Department also received comments during this proceeding on issues associated with net metering credit calculations, increasing the exempt capacity, changes to the net metering recovery surcharge, the use of multiple technologies applying for credits behind a single mater, and issues with time varying rates. Examples of System of Assurance in a sentence

  • Administrator means the qualified entity selected by the Department to administer the Massachusetts System of Assurance of Net Metering Eligibility, as established by the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c.

  • Grandfathered Facility means a Net Metering Facility that is not a Cap Exempt Facility and that was interconnected to the distribution system and was included in the Distribution Company’s net metering caps on or before April 24, 2013 and therefore was exempted from the System of Assurance.

The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • System Operating Limit or “SOL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) that satisfies the most limiting of the prescribed operating criteria for a specified system configuration to ensure operation within acceptable reliability criteria.

  • Good Utility Practices means any of the practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the electric utility industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods or acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Good Utility Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be acceptable practices, methods or acts generally accepted in the region.

  • Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;

  • Good Industry Practices means the practices that would be adopted by, and the exercise of that degree of care, skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that reasonably would be expected from, a competent contractor in the international oil and gas industry experienced in performing work similar in nature, size, scope and complexity to the Work and under conditions comparable to those applicable to the Work, where such work is subject to, and such contractor is seeking to comply with, the standards and codes specified in the Contract or (to the extent that they are not so specified) such national or international standards and codes as are most applicable in the circumstances, and the applicable Law.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
