One Syndicated Note shall be payable to the order of each Bank in an amount equal to its maximum Commitment, and shall represent the obligation of the Borrower to pay such Bank such principal amount or, if less, the outstanding principal amount of all Syndicated Loans made by such Bank, plus interest accrued thereon, as set forth herein.
