Swingline Note definition

Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Swingline Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.3(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.

More Definitions of Swingline Note

Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment, substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Swingline Note means a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit H, payable to the order of each Swingline Lender in a principal amount equal to the amount of the Swingline Commitment as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.
