Swingline Note definition

Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment, substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Swingline Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).

Examples of Swingline Note in a sentence

  • The Swingline Loans shall, in addition to this Agreement, be evidenced by the Swingline Note.

  • The Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower shall, in addition to this Agreement, also be evidenced by a Swingline Note payable to the order of the Swingline Lender.

  • Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (through the Administrative Agent) a Revolving Credit Note and/or Swingline Note, as applicable, which shall evidence such Lender’s Revolving Credit Loans and/or Swingline Loans, as applicable, in addition to such accounts or records.

More Definitions of Swingline Note

Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.3(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.

Swingline Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.4(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
Swingline Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(e).
Swingline Note means, to the extent requested by the Swingline Lender, the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender in the original principal amount of $75,000,000, as such promissory note may be amended, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.
