Swingline Note definition

Swingline Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in a principal amount equal to the amount of the Swingline Commitment as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.

Examples of Swingline Note in a sentence

  • The Swingline Loans shall, in addition to this Agreement, be evidenced by the Swingline Note.

  • Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (through the Administrative Agent) a Revolving Credit Note and/or Swingline Note, as applicable, which shall evidence such Lender’s Revolving Credit Loans and/or Swingline Loans, as applicable, in addition to such accounts or records.

  • Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (through the Administrative Agent) a Revolving Credit Note, Term Loan Note and/or Swingline Note, as applicable, which shall evidence such Lender’s Revolving Credit Loans, Term Loans and/or Swingline Loans, as applicable, in addition to such accounts or records.

  • The Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower shall, in addition to this Agreement, also be evidenced by a Swingline Note payable to the order of the Swingline Lender.

  • The Loans made by each Lender shall, if requested by the applicable Lender (which request shall be made to the Administrative Agent), be evidenced (i) in the case of Revolving Loans, by a Revolving Note, and (ii) in the case of the Swingline Loans, by a Swingline Note, in each case executed by the Borrower and payable to the order of such Lender.


More Definitions of Swingline Note

Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.3(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Swingline Note means the Swingline Note made by the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the Swingline Loans, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extensions thereof, in whole or in part.
Swingline Note means the promissory note given to evidence the Swingline Loans, as amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced. A form of Swingline Note is attached as Exhibit 2.13-2.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit I, payable to the Swingline Lender (or its registered assigns) in a principal amount equal to the amount of the Swingline Commitment as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment, substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Swingline Note means a promissory note issued at the request of the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.16, in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(b) hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from Swingline Advances made by the Swingline Lender.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment, substantially the form of Exhibit C.
