Swingline Note definition
Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Swingline Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.3(d), as such promissory note may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Examples of Swingline Note in a sentence
The Swingline Loans shall, in addition to this Agreement, be evidenced by the Swingline Note.
The Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower shall, in addition to this Agreement, also be evidenced by a Swingline Note payable to the Swingline Lender, or its registered assignee.
More Definitions of Swingline Note
Swingline Note means a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit H, payable to the order of each Swingline Lender in a principal amount equal to the amount of the Swingline Commitment as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.
Swingline Note means the promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Swingline Lender in the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment, substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Swingline Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the Swingline Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit F-3 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to the Swingline Lender resulting from the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender from time to time.

Swingline Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit 2.5-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
