Restricted Certificated Note definition

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note bearing the Private Placement Legend.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that includes the information called for in footnotes 6 and 7 (and not in footnotes 2, 5 and 8) to the form of 6 3/4% Note, attached to this Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, issued under the Indenture.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that bears the Restricted Note Legend.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that includes the information called for in footnotes 6 and 7 (and not in footnotes 2, 5 and 8) to the form of 7 1/8% Note, attached to this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, issued under the Indenture.

Restricted Certificated Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note bearing the Private Placement Legend. “Restricted Global Note” means a Global Note bearing the Private Placement Legend. “Restricted Period” means the 40-day distribution compliance period as defined in Regulation S. “Rule 144” means Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act.

Restricted Certificated Note means a definitive Note representing Restricted Securities registered in the name of the Holder thereof, issued in accordance with Section 2.06 (“Transfer and Exchange”) hereof and bearing the Restricted Security Legend, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto except that such Note shall not bear the Global Note Legend and shall not have the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that includes the information called for in footnotes 6 and 7 (and not in footnotes 2, 5 and 8) to the form of 6% Note attached to this Forty-First Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, issued under the Indenture.
