Requesting Lender definition

Requesting Lender has the meaning assigned in Section 2.9(7).

• Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Obligors hereunder the agreements of the Borrowers contained in Sections 5 and 12.03 hereof (without duplication of any payments made to such Requesting Lender by the Parent or the Proposed Lender) shall survive for the benefit of such Requesting Lender under this Section 5.08 with respect to the time prior to such replacement.
