Swingline Facility definition

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

Swingline Facility means the Facility evidenced by the Swingline Commitment.

Swingline Facility shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(c).

Examples of Swingline Facility in a sentence

• The Swingline Facility and Swingline Commitment shall terminate on the Swingline Maturity Date.

• The Swingline Facility is not independent of the Revolving Credit Facility.

• Any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment to zero shall be accompanied by payment of all outstanding Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans (and furnishing of Cash Collateral satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for all L/C Obligations) and shall result in the termination of the Revolving Credit Commitment, the Swingline Commitment, the Swingline Facility, the L/C Facility and the Revolving Credit Facility.

• The Repayment Notice and minimum repayment amounts referenced herein will not apply to repayment of Advances under the Canadian Swingline Facility or the US Swingline Facility.

• Each Borrower shall apply all amounts borrowed by it under the US Dollar Swingline Facility for general corporate purposes.

More Definitions of Swingline Facility

Swingline Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Swingline Lenders’ Swingline Commitments at such time.

Swingline Facility means the portion of the revolving credit facility made available by the Swingline Lender as provided in Section 2.01(d).

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.3. The Swingline Facility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.

Swingline Facility means the agreement of Swingline Lender to make Swingline Advances to Borrower subject to the terms and conditions and up to the maximum amounts and for the duration as set forth in Section 2.08 of this Credit Agreement.

Swingline Facility means the swingline credit facility provided by the Swingline Lender pursuant to the Swingline Commitment as more particularly set forth in Section 2.3.

Swingline Facility means the U.S. dollar swingline loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 8 (Utilisation - Swingline Loans).

Swingline Facility means the swingline facility forming part of the Revolving Facility and granted to the Existing Borrower pursuant to Clause 2.1(b) (The Facilities).
