Syndicated Notes definition

Syndicated Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.08(b) hereof and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange thereof, in each case as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
Syndicated Notes means, collectively, the promissory notes evidencing the Syndicated Loans in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A duly completed in accordance with the terms hereof, either as originally executed or as hereafter amended, modified or substituted.
Syndicated Notes means promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Syndicated Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto and Syndicated "Note" means any one of such Syndicated Notes.
