Restricted Notes Legend definition
Restricted Notes Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.2(f)(i) herein.
Restricted Notes Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.1(d)(1) and, in the case of the Temporary Regulation S Global Note, the legend set forth in Section 2.1(d)(2).
