Sustainable Practices means any and all sustainable building practices adopted by Landlord in connection with the use and occupancy of the Project and/or as may apply to the Project as a result of all or any part of the Project achieving a specified rating or certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, or similar rating systems or accreditations, or as required to complete energy consumption data reporting for the Energy Star Portfolio Manager website, or as otherwise required by law, including, without limitation, California Public Resources Code Section 25402.10
