Prohibited Practices definition

Prohibited Practices means the prohibited practices set forth in paragraph 4 of the Policy on Prohibited Practices;
Prohibited Practices means collectively the following terms, “Corruption” or “Corrupt Practice” ,“Coercion” or “Coercive Practice”, “Collusion” or “Collusive Practice”, “Fraud” or “Fraudulent practice”, “Obstructive Practice”, “Abuse”, “Money Laundering”, “Retaliation against Whistleblowers or Witnesses” and “Financing of Terrorism” or “Terrorism Financing”, as such terms are defined in the Policy on Prohibited Practice;
Prohibited Practices as defined in paragraph 4 below, including attempts to commit or suspicions thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, Fund-related Activities include Funded Activities as defined in the Agreement, and Counterparties include the Accredited Entity and any Executing Entity.

  • If such discretionary account is not approved by the Funds' Compliance Coordinator the Investment Person or Access Person, as the case may be, is prohibited from maintaining the discretionary account regardless of whether the Investment Person or Access Person is seeking exemption from the Prohibited Practices of Section V.

  • The following shall be exempted from the Prohibited Practices of Section III.C., III.D. and III.H., BUT NOT FROM THE COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION IV.
