Sustainable and Competitive Pricing definition

Sustainable and Competitive Pricing means stable pricing over time for the Products and Manufacturing Services provided to iRobot under this Agreement that is favorable against that which could be reasonably attained from other contract manufacturers for comparable volumes of substantially similar products and comparable manufacturing services. For purposes of this Agreement, the termOpen Book Pricing” means providing detailed costing information to iRobot which includes; a fully-costed xxxx of materials, markups related to the sourcing and manufacturing of the Components and the Product and an explanation of all adders on material or value add (in place as of the Effective Date). In addition, Kin Yat shall provide detailed overviews of the relevant financial costing model to iRobot’s representatives and professional advisors.   • Anti-competitive Practice means any collusion, bid rigging or anti-competitive arrangement, or any other practice coming under the purview of The Competition Act 2002, between two or more bidders, with or without the knowledge of the Purchaser, that may impair the transparency, fairness and the progress of the procurement process or to establish bid prices at artificial, non-competitive levels;
