Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement definition

Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement means a written agreement entered into by a Participant pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2.
Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section 3.3 hereof.
Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement means the election form or agreement, which may be completed on paper or online, applicable to the Eligible Employee’s salary deferral, bonus deferral and distribution of deferrals and matching contributions.

Examples of Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in a sentence

  • Any Participant in the Plan as of December 31, 2004 who was an employee of the Company or an Affiliated Company and a Participant in the Plan as of January 1, 2005 shall deliver to the Committee a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement with respect to his base salary earned from and after January 1, 2006 no later than December 31, 2005.

  • As a condition to the Company’s obligation to make a Supplemental Salary Deferral Contribution for the benefit of a Participant pursuant to Section 4.1, the Participant must execute a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in the form attached hereto.

  • If the individual referred to in the preceding sentence does not deliver the aforementioned written Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement to the Committee within such 30 day period, he shall be entitled to deliver to the Committee a written Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement with respect to his base salary earned from and after the first day of the Plan Year next following the Plan Year in which the Agreement is delivered.

  • For each Participant who has executed a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement, the Compensation Committee shall establish and maintain a separate Supplemental Salary Deferral Account and Matching Contribution Account.

  • The term “Selected Date” shall mean the date selected in a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in accordance with Section 3.3(f) hereof.

  • As a condition to the Company’s obligation to make a Supplemental Salary Deferral Contribution for the benefit of a Participant pursuant to Section 4.1, the Participant must execute a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in the form provided by the Committee.

  • The Selected Date shall be a Valuation Date that is no sooner than three years from the beginning of the Plan Year to which such Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement relates.

  • If the individual referred to in the preceding sentence does not deliver a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement to the Committee within such 30 day period, he shall be entitled to deliver to the Committee a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement with respect to his base salary earned from and after the first day of the Plan Year next following the Plan Year in which the Agreement is delivered.

  • On a Distribution Date that is the Participant’s Selected Date, the Participant shall be entitled to payment of an amount equal to the portion of his vested interest in his Account that relates to Supplemental Salary Deferrals made with respect to the Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in which the Selected Date was selected, and earnings thereon.

  • As a condition to the Company's obligation to make a Supplemental Salary Deferral Contribution for the benefit of a Participant pursuant to Section 4.1, the Participant must execute a Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement in the form attached hereto.

Related to Supplemental Salary Deferral Agreement

  • Deferral Agreement means an irrevocable agreement entered into between a Nonemployee Director and the Company to authorize the Company to reduce the amount of the Nonemployee Director’s Annual Retainer and credit the amount of such reduction to the Plan consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. A Deferral Agreement shall contain such provisions, consistent with the provisions of the Plan, as may be established from time to time by the Company or the Board, including without limitation:

  • Bonus Deferral means the amount of a Participant’s Bonus Compensation which the Participant elects to have withheld on a pre-tax basis from his Bonus Compensation and credited to his account pursuant to Section 4.1.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Deferral Contributions are Salary Reduction Contributions and Cash or Deferred Contributions the Employer contributes to the Trust on behalf of an Eligible Employee, irrespective of whether, in the case of Cash or Deferred Contributions, the contribution is at the election of the Employee. For Salary Reduction Contributions, the terms "deferral contributions" and "elective deferrals" have the same meaning.

  • Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.

  • Compensation Deferral means the amount or amounts of the Director's Compensation deferred under the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Non-Elective Contribution means the Employer contributions to the Plan excluding, however, contributions made pursuant to the Participant's deferral election provided for in Section 4.2 and any Qualified Non-Elective Contribution used in the "Actual Deferral Percentage" tests.

  • Nonqualified deferred compensation plan means a compensation plan described in Section 3121(v)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Salary Reduction Agreement means an agreement between a dis- trict and an employee to reduce the employee’s salary for the pur- pose of making direct contributions to or purchases of a qualified investment product. Art. 6228a-5, Sec. 4(5), Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Deferred Plan means a trust governed by a registered retirement savings plan, registered retirement income fund, registered education savings plan or tax-free savings account.

  • Plan Year(s means the approximate twelve-month periods between annual meetings of the shareholders of the Company, which, for purposes of the Plan, are the periods for which annual retainers are earned.

  • Excess Elective Deferrals means the amount of Elective Deferrals (as defined below) for a calendar year that the Participant designates to the Plan pursuant to the following procedure. The Participant’s designation: shall be submitted to the Administrator in writing no later than March 1; shall specify the Participant’s Excess Elective Deferrals for the preceding calendar year; and shall be accompanied by the Participant’s written statement that if the Excess Elective Deferrals is not distributed, it will, when added to amounts deferred under other plans or arrangements described in Section 401(k), 408(k) or 403(b) of the Code, exceed the limit imposed on the Participant by Section 402(g) of the Code for the year in which the deferral occurred. Excess Elective Deferrals shall mean those Elective Deferrals that are includible in a Participant's gross income under Section 402(g) of the Code to the extent such Participant's Elective Deferrals for a taxable year exceed the dollar limitation under such Code section.

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Salary reduction plan means a benefit plan whereby state and

  • Deferred Compensation Agreement means an agreement to participate and to defer compensation between a Participant and the Company in such form and consistent with terms of the Plan as the Company may prescribe from time to time.

  • Supplemental Plan means a written plan for a child outlining the agency's plan to locate a permanent placement for the child and which may be developed concurrently with the case plan.

  • Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.
