Successful Launch Service definition

Successful Launch Service means that from Launch to Satellite Separation the Launch Vehicle performed in such a manner that did not result in either a Constructive Total Failure, a Total Failure or a Partial Failure.

  • Booster Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, Customer may terminate the Basic Launch Service under this Contract if Contractor fails to conduct Successful Launch Service of an Atlas V launch vehicle utilization two (2) or more solid rocket boosters by 15 December 2003.

  • The Final Payment shall be due thirty (30) days after Launch if the Launch is determined to be a Successful Launch Service.

Related to Successful Launch Service

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Successful Vendor means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.

  • Successful Applicant means an “employee applicant” or “applicant” who has been offered employment within this Bargaining Unit by the Employer.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Successful Bidder” or “Successful E-Auction Process Participant means, the Qualified Bidder whose bid is approved and who is declared successful by the Liquidator at the end of the determined auction phase.C. INTRODUCTION

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Phase III Trial means a Clinical Trial of an investigational product in subjects that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to generate data and results that can be submitted to obtain Regulatory Approval as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable Clinical Trial prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States.

  • Successful Proposer means any Proposer selected by the University to receive an Award as a result of this RFP and to enter into a Contract to provide the University with the products or services sought by this RFP.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • scheduled service means a series of ship crossings operated so as to serve traffic between the same two or more ports, either according to a published timetable or with crossings so regular or frequent that they constitute a recognisable systematic series;

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • POC (Proof of Concept) means testing the Software for evaluation purposes.
