Milestone Event definition
Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

Examples of Milestone Event in a sentence
Each cash milestone payment shall be paid by wire transfer to NOVALIQ’s bank account (as notified by NOVALIQ to HARROW from time to time), with any transfer fees to be paid by HARROW, in immediately available funds within ten (10) Business Days following each Milestone Notice of a Milestone Event for which a Cash Payment is owed (invoicing to be made by way of a credit note).

More Definitions of Milestone Event
Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.2(a).
Milestone Event means a Development Milestone Event or a Commercial Milestone Event.
