Subsoil Use Permit definition

Subsoil Use Permit means Special Permit № 2424 for subsoil use of subsoil plot issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine on September 3, 2003 to Limited Liability Company NPK-KONTAKT, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Ukraine and a Subsidiary of SSL (“NPK-KONTAKT”), and prolonged by the order № 454 of September 4, 2008 with an expiration date of September 8, 2013, with a further extension applied for on May 29, 2013 and attached as Exhibit E, for the purposes of geological investigation and experimental-industrial development of coal fields gas (methane) in the Lysychansko-Toshkovskaya area of Ukraine.

  • Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.

  • Environmental Permit means any permit, approval, identification number, license or other authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Floodplain Development Permit means any type of permit that is required in conformance with the provisions of this ordinance, prior to the commencement of any development activity.

  • Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.

  • LICENCE AND PERMITS means any and all of the following which must be valid and updated periodically by the Transport Supplier to the satisfaction of the Company:-

  • Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;
