Subsidiary Guarantors definition

Subsidiary Guarantors means (i) the subsidiaries listed in Schedule I hereto; (ii) any successor of the foregoing; and (iii) each other Subsidiary of the Company that becomes a Subsidiary Guarantor in accordance with Section 1305 hereof, in each case (i), (ii) and (iii) until such Subsidiary Guarantor ceases to be such in accordance with Section 1304 hereof.
Subsidiary Guarantors means any Subsidiary of the Partnership (except Finance Corp.) who may execute this Indenture, or a supplement hereto, for the purpose of providing a Guarantee of Debt Securities pursuant to this Indenture until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Subsidiary Guarantors” shall mean such successor Person.
Subsidiary Guarantors means such successor Person.

  • The Borrower will, and will cause each of the Subsidiary Guarantors to, take such action from time to time as shall reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent to effectuate the purposes and objectives of this Agreement.

Subsidiary Guarantors means each Subsidiary that is at any time a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty, whether on the Closing Date, pursuant to the execution and delivery to the Administrative Agent of a Subsidiary Guaranty Supplement pursuant to Section 6.09, or otherwise.
