Subject Options definition

Subject Options means that number of Options set forth on the Securityholder’s signature page attached to this Agreement, being all of the Options owned legally or beneficially by the Securityholder or over which the Securityholder exercises control or direction;
Subject Options means that number of Options set forth on the Shareholder's signature page attached to this Agreement, if any, being all of the Options owned legally or beneficially by the Shareholder or over which the Shareholder exercises control or direction, either directly or indirectly, and shall further include any Options issued to or otherwise acquired by the Shareholder after the date hereof;

More Definitions of Subject Options

Subject Options means the Medco Stock Option and any additional options or other rights to purchase common stock or other securities granted on or after the date hereof to the Employee by the Company and/or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
