Stormwater Management Manual definition

Stormwater Management Manual or “Manual” means the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington prepared by the State Department of Ecology and dated February 2005or any other technically equivalent manual.

Stormwater Management Manual means the Washington State Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington adopted by the Director, along with any technical and administrative procedures established by the Director, which provide details for implementation of the provisions of this chapter.
