State Purchasing Director definition

State Purchasing Director means the position described in the Colorado Procurement Code and its implementing regulations.
State Purchasing Director means the director of the Central Purchasing Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services appointed by the OMES Director and includes any employee or agent of the State Purchasing Director, acting within the scope of delegated authority.
