Liquor License means any license, permit, registration, qualification or other approval required to sell, dispense or distribute alcoholic beverages under the Liquor Laws.
Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.
State license means a license issued by the department that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment.
Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
Liquor store means a retailer, as defined in section 111 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1111, that is exclusively or primarily engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor. The term does not include a retailer that is a retail food store.
Gaming License means any license, qualification, franchise, accreditation, approval, registration, permit, finding of suitability or other authorization of a Gaming Authority relating to gaming, the gaming business, the ownership of Gaming Equipment, or the operation of a casino under the Gaming Laws or required by the Gaming Authorities, in each case, which are necessary or appropriate for the ownership and/or operation of the casino gaming operations at the Property, including the lease of the Property to CPLV Tenant for the gaming activities at the Property and the Management Agreement or Replacement Management Agreement, as applicable.
Liquor means beverages that are intended for human consumption containing over 1% alcohol by volume (e.g., spirits, wine, liqueur, coolers, cider or beer).
Liquor Laws means all applicable federal, state and local statutes, laws, rules and regulations pursuant to which Liquor Authorities possess regulatory, licensing or permit authority over the sale, distribution and possession of alcoholic beverages.
Multistate license means a license to practice as a registered or a licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/VN) issued by a home state licensing board that authorizes the licensed nurse to practice in all party states under a multistate licensure privilege.
Alcoholic liquor means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.

Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;
Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.
License means any certificate, license, permit or grant of permission required by the laws of this state, its political subdivisions or instrumentalities as a condition for the lawful practice of any occupation, employment, trade, vocation, business, or profession. Provided, however, that "license" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include any license or permit to own, possess, carry, or fire any explosive, pistol, handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other firearm.
Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Expedited license means a full and unrestricted medical license granted by a member state to an eligible physician through the process set forth in the compact.
Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.
Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.
State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
State Water Control Law means Chapter 3.1 (§62.1-44.2 et seq.) of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
State land means land which vests in the national or a provincial government, and includes land below the high water mark and the Admiralty Reserve, but excludes land belonging to a local authority;
Dining club license means a license issued in accordance with Chapter 5, Retail
FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
