The parties understand and agree that the City will, in the evaluation, approval and enforcement of the VSMP neutrally apply all applicable criteria wholly in accordance with the City's approved VSMP and related ordinances, as well as the State Water Control Law, Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and all applicable regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
