Stage 4 EPC Contract definition

Stage 4 EPC Contract means the Lump Sum Turnkey Agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Sabine Pass LNG Stage 4 Liquefaction Facility, dated as of November 7, 2018 between SPL and the EPC Contractor (as supplemented by the Umbrella Insurance Agreement).
Stage 4 EPC Contract means the lump sum turnkey agreement for the engineering, procurement and construction of Train 6 to be entered intoLump Sum Turnkey Agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Sabine Pass LNG Stage 4 Liquefaction Facility, dated as of November 7, 2018 between the Borrower and the EPC Contractor on terms substantially similar to the Stage 3 EPC Contract(as supplemented by the Umbrella Insurance Agreement).
Stage 4 EPC Contract means the Lump Sum Turnkey Agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Sabine Pass LNG Stage 4 Liquefaction Facility, dated as of November 7, 2018 between the Borrower and the EPC Contractor (as supplemented by the Umbrella Insurance Agreement and any change order entered into in accordance with the terms thereof).

Related to Stage 4 EPC Contract

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Subproject Agreement means any of the agreements referred to in Section 3.07 of this Agreement; and

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Privatization contract or “contract” means an agreement or

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • EPC Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • framework contract means a payment service contract which governs the future execution of individual and successive payment transactions and which may contain the obligation and conditions for setting up a payment account;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
