EPC Agreement definition

EPC Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

EPC Agreement means an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement by and between Seller and the EPC Contractor, in the form of Exhibit E.

More Definitions of EPC Agreement

EPC Agreement means that certain Development, EPC and Purchase Agreement, by and among Vivint Solar Developer, LLC, Sponsor and the Company, dated as of the date hereof, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

EPC Agreement means that certain Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract between Seller, as Contractor, and Company, as Owner, dated as of [January 31], 2015.

EPC Agreement means any one of them. For the avoidance of doubt, “other EPC Agreement” means an EPC Agreement other than this Agreement.
