Stage 4 Liquefaction Facility means the facilities that are to be engineered, procured and constructed pursuant to the Stage 4 EPC Agreement, if the Stage 4 EPC Agreement is executed, including LNG Train 6 and related facilities, as further described in the Stage 4 EPC Agreement.
