Stadium Project Improvements Work definition

Stadium Project Improvements Work means the design, development, construction, and furnishing of the Stadium Project Improvements in accordance with this Agreement and any demolition work in connection therewith.
Stadium Project Improvements Work shall have the meaning set forth in the Development Agreement.
Stadium Project Improvements Work shall have the meaning given to such term in the Project Agreement.

Examples of Stadium Project Improvements Work in a sentence

  • Effective as of the commencement of any Stadium Project Improvements Work [(excluding Enabling Work)] and at all times prior to Final Completion of such Stadium Project Improvements Work, StadCo shall, cause to be maintained insurance of the types and amounts which are reasonably prudent considering the nature and extent of such work but not less than the coverages required in the Design-Build Agreement and the AOR Agreement.

  • The term “Project Savings” means and refers to the amount by which the total costs and expenses required to be paid by StadCo under the Construction Agreements for the Stadium Project Improvements Work is less than the Project Cash Budget.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.
