Sprint 3G Network definition

Sprint 3G Network means the Sprint-owned or controlled CDMA/EV-DO wireless network, including network owned or controlled by Sprint Service Provider Affiliates, used by Sprint to provide Sprint Services.
Sprint 3G Network means the Sprint-owned or controlled CDMA/EV-DO wireless network, including network owned or controlled by Sprint Service Provider Affiliates.

Related to Sprint 3G Network

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected. “Installation Fee” – the combined charge for the survey, equipment and the Installation Service, including excess construction charges, as specified on the Service Agreement or other amended documentation following site survey.

  • Network Service Provider means an intermediary;

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • PSTN means the Public Switched Telephone Network.
