Specimen Signature Card definition

Specimen Signature Card means the Bank’s standard form of specimen signature card in use from time to time for the purpose of identifying the signatories for an Account.
Specimen Signature Card means the specimen signature card of representatives of the Customer, who is a legal entity, drawn up in the form specified by the Bank.

  • In the “Content / Specimen* of the Company seal” field of the Specimen Signature Card, the Customer may: 1/ delete the words “Content” and “Specimen”, and enter “no seal/stamp”.

  • The power of attorney is confirmed by the signatures of the attorney and the Customer in the Specimen Signature Card appended in the presence of the Bank’s representative.

  • Specimen means tissue, hair, or product of the human body capable of revealing the presence of drugs or their metabolites.

  • Authorized Persons means Contractor’s employees, officers, partners, Subcontractors or other agents of Contractor who need to access State Data to enable Contractor to perform its responsibilities under Contract.

  • Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.
