Annex means any annex to a Schedule under this Agreement that describes a Service or sets out the specific terms applicable to that Service.

Annex. Schedule" and "Exhibit" shall refer to Articles and Sections of, and Annexes, Schedules and Exhibits to, this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

More Definitions of Annex

Annex means the Annex to this Agreement as amended. The Annex forms an integral part of the Agreement and all references to the Agreement shall include reference to the Annex except where otherwise provided.

Annex extra information which supports a Schedule;

Annex shall be construed as a reference to, respectively, a clause or Annex of these terms, unless the context requires otherwise;

The definition of a term shall include the singular, the plural, the past, the present, the future, the active and the passive forms of such term. A term defined herein and used herein preceded by a Series designation, shall mean such term as it relates to the Series designated.

Annex means each Annex attached hereto that represents a document relevant to the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.
