Spanish Vehicle Documents definition

Spanish Vehicle Documents means, in respect of Vehicles in Spain, the keys and spare keys to the Vehicles and the registration and technical documents regarding the Vehicles (Permiso de Circulación and Tarjeta de Características Técnicas).
Spanish Vehicle Documents means the registration documents, keys and spare keys to the Spanish Vehicles.

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and “Underlying Document” means any of them.
