Social Security Funds definition

Social Security Funds means the National Social Security Institute and the national social security funds, the National Health Insurance Fund and all other legal persons and funds within the sub-sector of social security funds according to the requirements set out in the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Social Security Funds means all employee social welfare and benefit funds, including housing accumulation funds, required to be contributed by the PRC Subsidiaries under applicable PRC Laws.
