Shipment Tonnage definition

Shipment Tonnage means the total tonnages of Product subject to the Offtaker Delivery.
Shipment Tonnage means the quantity of Biomass delivered within the relevant Shipment as determined in the Final Weight Certificate; and ICI Amount Paid means the amount paid by the Buyer in respect of the Interim Commercial Invoice.
