Offtaker Delivery definition
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery of Minerals to an Offtaker or the transfer of the entitlement to or benefit of Minerals to an Offtaker, which for greater certainty shall not include any deliveries of Minerals to Persons subsequent to the first Offtaker acquiring such Minerals.
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery of Produced Gold to an Offtaker or the transfer of the entitlement to or benefit of Produced Gold or to an Offtaker, which for greater certainty shall not include any deliveries of Produced Gold to persons subsequent to the first Offtaker acquiring such Produced Gold.
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery of an Offtaker Parcel to an Offtaker or the transfer of the entitlement or benefit of an Offtaker Parcel to an Offtaker.

More Definitions of Offtaker Delivery
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery of Produced Silver to an Offtaker, which for greater certainty, shall not include any deliveries of Produced Silver to persons subsequent to the first Offtaker acquiring such Produced Silver.
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery of Reference Gold and/or Reference Silver to an Offtaker which, for greater certainty, shall not include deliveries of Reference Gold and/or Reference Silver to persons subsequent to the first Offtaker acquiring such Reference Gold and/or Reference Silver;
Offtaker Delivery means (i) with respect to the period commencing after the Closing Date, the delivery of Minerals to an Offtaker or the transfer of the entitlement to or benefit of Minerals to an Offtaker, and (ii) with respect to any period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the Closing Date, the delivery of Minerals to an offtaker or processor or the transfer of the entitlement to or benefit of Minerals to an offtaker or processor. For greater certainty, Offtaker Delivery shall not include any deliveries of Minerals to Persons subsequent to the first Offtaker (or other offtaker or processor) acquiring such Minerals.
Offtaker Delivery means the delivery or Transfer of Produced Gold or Produced Palladium or title to or benefit of Produced Gold or Produced Palladium, in each case to an Offtaker that occurs either: (i) prior to the Effective Date where an Offtaker Payment is made in respect of such delivery or Transfer on or after the Effective Date, whether such Offtaker Payment relates to all or any portion of the Produced Gold or Produced Palladium contained in such Offtaker Delivery; or (ii) on or after the Effective Date.
