SHIFT SCHEDULE – DISTRIBUTION AND COLLECTION. The hours of work for Operator A Lead Hand, Operator B and Relief Operator in the Distribution and Collection Section will consist of a forty (40) hour work week with Employees working days and afternoon shifts: Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The shift schedule for the Distribution and Collection section will not contain scheduled night shifts and will not result in any shift position working more than one week of afternoon shift per rotation. The Parties agree that if additional employees are placed on this schedule and new shift positions are created an additional afternoon shift could be added.
