SHIFT SCHEDULE – DISTRIBUTION AND COLLECTION. The hours of work for Operator A Lead Hand, Operator B and Relief Operator in the Distribution and Collection Section will consist of a forty (40) hour work week with Employees working days and afternoon shifts: Day Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The shift schedule for the Distribution and Collection section will not contain scheduled night shifts and will not result in any shift position working more than one week of afternoon shift per rotation. The Parties agree that if additional employees are placed on this schedule and new shift positions are created an additional afternoon shift could be added. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM Energy. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM Energy.
