Manager shall be entitled to immediate written notice and a complete copy of any such complaint to the NIGC.
If further investigation is required to supplement the investigation conducted by the Tribal Gaming Agency, the Applicant will be required to pay the application fee charged by the State Gaming Agency pursuant to California Business and Professions Code section 19951, subdivision (a), but any deposit requested by the State Gaming Agency pursuant to section 19867 of that code shall take into account reports of the background investigation already conducted by the Tribal Gaming Agency and the NIGC, if any.
